Save 26 Netherhall Gardens from demolition and devolpment.
26 Netherhall Gardens is a character property with unique features in the heart of a Hampstead conservation area.
The building houses many young professionals in an area with little affordable housing.
Some of the many reasons against the demolition and redevelopment of 26 Netherhall Gardens.

. Loss of light to neighbouring properties
. Loss of affordable housing and diversity in the neighbourhood
. Basement and Sub-basment
. Loss of privacy with overlooking balconies
