Review the CMS to make the system fairer on paying parents
EXAMPLE: To review the calculation process to be based on NET basic pay and not to include any overtime payements recieved by the paying parent
EXAMPLE: To take into consideration the paying parents ability and willingness to provide for and accomodate the child in question
I feel the system at the moment is too one sided in favour of the resident parent and doesn't allow for a balanced relationship between the paying parent and child
