Scotland are allowed to vote if they want to leave the United Kingdom, why can't the rest of the United Kindom vote to remove Scotland from the United Kindom.

Additional Information

Scotland have been allowed a vote to leave the United Kindom. Why can the rest of the United Kingdom not have a vote to remove them.
