Strike action to only apply to employees that strike
As strike action looms, it seems clear that not all employees are willing to strike against pension reforms.
With that in mind I suggest that any changes that strike action brings only apply to those individuals who actually showed support for strike action.
Clearly, the employees who do not strike agree with the changes, therefore, should have there deductions reflect this.
This suggestion is not an attempt to divide employee terms and conditions, it is to encourage every individual the right to decide to support action or agree with government policy.
This petion could potentially save our local authorities millions of pounds.
