Carers should be paid more than just minimum wage
I work 14 hour days and get £7 an hour. I love my job and its a very rewarding job. we all work so hard to make a difference to the people we support. A lot of us struggle to make ends meet. Why should I and many others look for jobs with more money when we're already in a job we love.
