Mandate all MPs who join, leave or change political party to call a by-election.
In 2015 nearly 3.9 million people voted UKIP, but due to the departure of it's only MP Douglas Carswell, now have ZERO representation in the House of Commons.
UKIP got more votes than the SNP and Liberal Democrats combined.
More voted for UKIP in Wales than Plaid Cymru.
