If there is another Scottish Referendum, the whole UK electorate should vote.
As Theresa May has said "Not Now" to a Scottish Referendum, and that the SNP hark on so about "Democracy", as and when another referendum is called, it should not just be voted for by Scottish voters, but by the whole UK electorate.
