Create a new Hydrogen Economy
It is quite clear that we need to adapt to a life without fossil fuels. With cars the solution is already available with hydrogen fuel. As the most abundant material in the universe it is a permanent solution to the car issue. A Hydrogen economy would for one push the UK ahead of its competing nations both environmentally and economically, and two drastically cut the UKs CO2 emissions.
