Make the question on the ballot papers of an indyref2 more specific
If Scotland does get its Indyref 2, make the question on the ballot papers such that it involves 3 options; Stay in the UK with more devolved powers / Gain independence with full border controls / Stay with the UK and more power to Westminster (less law-making powers with Hollyrood)
Make the rule that if none of the options obtain 50% or more of the vote, then it's Status Quo, and UK Parliament has the power, but not the obligation, to take more power back from Scottish parliament.
