Products such as pads and tampons are an essential for menstruating women. However, many young females find that they are too expensive, and as a result, struggle to find the money to purchase them. In a Western, developed country, this should never be the case; these items are a right.
Sexual intercourse is a choice. The shedding of a female's uterus lining is not. If condoms can be accessed freely then surely feminine hygiene products can be purchased at a discounted price.
