Additional Information

Many Doctors and Nurses do ‘Locum/temp’ work to top up their salaries and keep the NHS working. The IR35 changes mean the loss of income will ultimately lead to them stopping working extra hours.

Government wants 7 days a week NHS but fails to recognise the lack of Doctors to do the work, and if IR35 regulations are enforced from the 6th of April 2017, A&E ,Out of Hours GP services will collapse. The government will state Locums are the cause they are the Elastoplast keeping it running.
