Scottish referendum two years ago did not allow Scots in whole of UK to vote

Additional Information

Discrimination by SNP if they don't allow Scottish people, born and bred, to vote in a referendum for their country, we are British but are proud of being Scottish and should be allowed, before non Scots this vote, if SNP won, would make us foreigners in the UK
