Petition Action

Protect the right of under 21 year olds to live with there UK partners

Additional Information

This petition relates to the recent judgement of the supreme court to scrap the blanket ban on under 21 year olds to attain a visa to live with there spouse, whether they are legally married or not, breaking there basic human right to a family life.

This petition is about protecting the rights of the British citizen to have a family life.

While this rule has been judged illegal by the supreme court our government believes that we still want it. So lets let them know we disagree.

A blanket ban on visas for young people from non-EU countries is no replacement for proper checks and restrictions on lawful migrants.
