Make it Illegal to sell event tickets at more than face value + booking fee.
Why as a country are we allowing major companies to make riddiculous amounts of money out of working class people wanting to see thier favourite musicians, sports team, comedians etc. The government is doing nothing to prevent this! It is killing the industry!
There are few companies at the moment that are selling face value or less tickets + booking fee.
If it was made illegal to sell tickets for profit online, it would reduce the amount the average person is paying for the tickets as it prevents people buying the tickets in dozens for re-sale purposes only!
The Glastonbury Festival has a tried and tested method why can we not learn from this?
There is so many ways the government can help!
