Bring forward the review for the capping of elderly care costs immediately

Petition Details

The review of capping care costs meant for 2016 is delayed until 2020. Many elderly people who self-fund use all their savings including proceeds from their houses. Additionally, self-funders have no guarantee of remaining in a care home of their choosing when their assets reduce to £23.000
