Make the use of mobile pay via drive through exempt from the mobile driving law

Petition Details

With the new enforcement of the mobile driving law, an individual found using their mobile device will be liable for a fine of upto £200 and 6 pts on their license.

This means any individual using Apple pay/mobile payment methods at a drive through such as KFC/McDonalds are in breach of the law.
