General Holyrood Election before a Section 30 Order can be granted to the SNP
Before the Westminster Government agree to grant a section 30 order to the Scottish Government there must be a General Holyrood Election in Scotland beforehand. This will allow the Scottish people to decide whether they want another independence referendum or not.
