City status for Wirral
This E Petition is for the Government to recommend to Her Majesty The Queen, that she confer the status of a City upon the Wirral. For a century there has been one city in Wirral - the City of Chester. Making Wirral a City would be great for the Wirral peninsular. The Wirral Borough council has put in a bid for City status, for next year in time for the diamond jubilee, and it would be great for if you could sign this E Petition as well.
