Suspend e-petitions, until the Website works properly.
It is extremely difficult to 'sign' a petition, as the Website keeps crashing, saying that 'there is something wrong!'. Until this is sorted a very unreliable picture will be painted about the size of feeling for any particular issue. This makes the whole process misleading.
