Ensure Gibraltar and Falklands representation in a reformed House of Lords
Brexit is a chance to rebuild our democratic institutions. The current House of Lords is an anachronism. Any reform to make it a directly elected body should also include Gibraltar and the Falklands in the franchise, underlying a new commitment to democratic principles.
