Stop the removal of children Risk needs a legal definition to prevent its abuse
children should not be removed from family homes based on risk of emotional harm and that all cases in which these were grounds for removal of children are reopened for appeal.
By the wording "risk of" there is an acceptance that no harm has or will take place. all cases in which these were grounds for removal of children are reopened for appeal.
Children should not be removed on unfounded accusations hearsay or false reports
where there is no evidence of abuse.
