Investigate spending in referendum campaigns in 2016.
It would appear that our system of regulating spending on elections is coming under greater pressure by those who can influence results by spending more money. If we want confidence in democracy this has to be challenged. The Vote Leave and leave.eu campaigns spent to win at any cost.
