allow the BBC to advertise allowing the removal of the TV liscense
Allow the BBC to advertise bringing it inline with the goverments competion program there for allowing the removal of the need for a tv liscense.
In present time when housholds are facing real problems this outdated means of funding a large organisation is no longer fair, most people watch other chanels but still have to pay this.
