Change the law to enforce all religions to pay taxes
Organised religions in the UK are not liable to pay taxes on their income, assets, or even council tax. They do this under the guise of doing good, however other organisations including charities have to pay these taxes.
Organised religions in the UK are not liable to pay taxes on their income, assets, or even council tax. They do this under the guise of doing good, however other organisations including charities have to pay these taxes.
It is wrong that charities and helpful organisations all have to pay taxes yet organised religions don't. It is also wrong that poor individuals have to pay council tax which this year was increased above the point of inflation, yet religions buildings don't.
