Petition Action

The right to demand bi-elections to remove corrupt, negligent and incompetent politicains

Additional Information

Any member of a constituency should have the right to call for a bi-election when there is evidence to suggest that a politician is either corrupt i.e. cash for questions or expense fiddles, abusing power, negligent or simply incompetent. This should be irrespective of the findings of any parliamentary or police enquiries as these do not always reveal the truth. Hopefully, this would deter politicians from doing anything other than serving the public that voted them into office.
