Make a guaranteed minimum speed for each package offered by broadband suppliers
Broadband providers market "Up to" speeds, which is a speed that no one ever can reach.
We all use this as a deciding factor when signig up to our often 24 month contracts. Many people rely on broadband for business as well as a personal necessity in the modern age, so why are we paying for a service that i often very under-provided?
