Give fathers automatic 50/50 shared access of children in special cases.
Fathers should be granted automatic 50 / 50 shared access in special cases in which there is no safeguarding and criminal proceedings.
Fathers with children who have special educational needs and children with health problems should automatically have shared access orders granted.
Children with special educational needs can find making friends hard and communicating with others an impossible task so a strong link to a father should be kept to help with the development of the child.
Fathers with no safeguarding issues and criminal records should not be blocked from shared access applications and have it granted if believed it is in the best interest for the children.
