Force ALL media retractions to be given the same coverage as original publishing
For the media in this country, it is far too easy for them to print misleading or simply wrong information in order to propagate their desired narrative.
Newspapers and online media can run headlines that have no basis in factual basis at all.
The system in place that holds them to account is not stringent enough in making media outlets retract or correct their lies and misinformation to the same scale as the have depicted them in the first place.
Any story that is proven to be misleading or simply wrong should be corrected or retracted on the same scale as the original story, i.e. printed on the same page with the same page coverage and headline size.
