Make it compulsory that all dogs should be on leads in public places
There are ever growing numbers of dog on people attacks especially on children! I myself have been bitten by a dog and have seen continuous attacks on children in the media
I understand not all dogs are vicious but the only way to prevent these attacks from keep happening would be for each owner to have full control of there dogs on leads
