Make it an offence to charge anyone for broadband speeds of less than 5MB
Despite legislation stating that it is a right to receive a decent broadband speed, many people, particularly those living in the country, but also cities, will receive poor speeds due to numerous factors, many of them commercial. It is a fact that people pay more to receive poor broadband.
