Schools approve up to 10 days pa if each child's attendance >90% inc the 10 days
The Supreme Court has ruled that parents must comply with school rules therefore, to allow parents the freedom of choice, the rules should be changed. If child's attendance record is greater than 90% (inc the 10 days selected by parents) then the parents should not be prosecuted.
