Legislation to Control the Resale Value for Parked Internet Domain Names

Currently parked domain resale values are reaching extortionate levels (approximately 200% of the original cost) creating large overheads and making it harder for start-up businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals. Domain parking (otherwise known as Cybersquatting) is an increasing irritant on the internet preventing users registering their ‘perfect’ domain.

I call for legislation to control the resale value of parked internet domain names.
