Abolish all leaseholds on residential properties.
Leaseholds were originally used by large land owners to serve a charge on the peasants for living and farming an area of land. This outdated practice has no place in 2017.
A system similar to Scotland should be adopted in England, Wales and Northern Ireland with the freehold held only as a title
