Withdraw form NCC1- "Support for a child conceived without your consent"

Petition Details

This form does not protect children from poverty, does not protect vulnerable adults, and will not protect professionals who are called upon to sign it.
The two-child limit for tax credit had been voted on by parliament, but the 'rape clause' was not as it was appended to another law.

Additional Information

If you are entitled to claim for a 3rd child "conceived without your consent" then this form helpfully lists what is meant by non-consensual conception, controlling and coercive behaviour and what is meant by an intimate family relationship Usefully you don't need to have been to court but you do need a professional to corroborate.
There is no place for this form that has entered our system without proper parliamentary debate.
