Ban "let by" signs from being put up outside houses/flats anywhere in the UK
Most letting agents are ignoring 14 day rule.
The signs are an eyesore and make neighbourhoods undesirable.Many signs are left up permanently, despite the law saying they should be removed after 14 days of a tenancy being granted.
Many of the signs remain in place all-year-round despite properties being tenanted and only serve as advertising for rental companies
