Allow EU citizens resident in the UK on 23 June 2016 to cast a retroactive vote.
By denying EU citizens a vote, the Government goes contrary to the UN's declaration of human rights (Article 21): ”The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage"
EU citizens deserve a vote, just like citizens of the commonwealth (such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Malta, Cyprus etc.) who were resident in the UK were given a vote.
