Petition Action

stop the new vaping laws that are coming in may 2017

Petition Details

the new laws that are going to be effecting e-cig users and retailers of e-cigs and e-liquids are ludicrous which in turn will increase costs on all e-liquids and devices. But by may 2017 many will not be able to use their devices as it gose againts the new laws with ridiculous penalties.

Additional Information

Here are the new laws and penalties.

E-liquid containers can not exceed 10ml.
this will increase e liquid cost.

Maximum nicotine strength of 20mg.
24mg was a common strength to help initially kick the heavy smoking habit of cigarettes.

Maximum tank capacity of 2ml.
Expect to be refilling them much more often and a massive reduction of product choice.

Here are the penalties.
if you do not comply you could face imprisonment of up to two years and/or an unlimited fine.
