Improve and enhance regulations on the trades of highly hazardous chemicals.
It was reported by the Guardians that an acid attack on a Chinese family had happened on Saturday, 8 April. Further reports suggested that the number of acid attacks almost doubled over the past ten years. It is the lack of regulations allowing criminals to easily obtain such hazadrous chemicals.
