Create 600,000 new jobs at no overall cost

Create 600,000 full-time publicly funded jobs paying £15,000 per annum at no cost to the Treasury by suspending the £3bn annual cost of overseas aid until the UK has paid off its debts. Such a move would greatly enhance the UK's chances of economic recovery and be a responsible use of public money in dramatically effecting the well-being of hundreds of thousands of families whilst reducing the financial burden of unemployment benefit.
