Increase Student Loan Amount

Additional Information

Instead of having means tested loans and grants. The government should allow students on higher education full time courses to choose their 'maintenance' loan up to £9000 a year, to actually cover all livings costs. The loan would then have to be repaid in monthly instalments once the course ends.
