Make it a legal requirement for cats to be microchipped.
In April 2016, it was made a legal requirement for dogs to be microchipped. It is one year on from this and still, cats are being ignored. Cats go exploring all the time and sometimes don't come back, making this a legal requirement, could mean that less cats go missing every year
