Require due diligence in the management of the funds.
Enable beneficiaries to stop proposals.
Make firms and individuals financially responsible for negligent management and allow recovery of mismanaged monies.

Additional Information

BHS, Bernard Matthews and a host of other firms and organisations have shown the ease by which honest British subjects can have their futures blighted towards the end of their working lives by either greed or incompetence of those controlling their pension funds.
We must ensure the funds people have built up over decades are protected and recoverable.
