Petition Details

Guildford is the county town of Surrey and a bid in was rejected in 2002. It is time to make a change.

Additional Information

Since the bid was rejected it has progressed into a thriving town with at top 5 university status. A busy town centre with top designer shop. A category 1 station with good schools both public and private. Most people think Guildford is a city already as it has had a cathedral for many years now.
