Introduce annual basic first aid training into secondary schools
Basic first aid training is something that many people only learn when life hands them a reason and many people would struggle preforming correct cpr. I would like to make it a skill that is Available to all 11 to 16 year old to learn in school as part of personal development days
Giving our future generations this life saving skill could make all the difference between life and death with each student having had 5 refresher days by the time they leave secondary education and be confident of when to act
CPR is more effective the sooner it starts I don't know about anyone else but I would feel a lot safer knowing there is help nearby should the worse happen
