Change the Dangerous Dog Act. Look at banning the owners, not the breed of dog

I don't understand why certain breed of dogs such as Pitbull Terriers are a banned breed. From personal experience I know they are the most loving, protective, loyal breed of dogs. I wouldn't want any other around my 4 year old son and 8 week old daughter
Look at banning certain owners-not the dog!
