EU citizens resident in UK should not all qualify to remain in UK indefinitely
Present EU citizens resident in UK should not automatically qualify to remain in UK indefinitely - as may be criminals, DWP benefits claimants, non-workers.
It is not necessarily sensible for UK unilaterally conifer all EU citizens currently resident in UK permanent resident status.
