Lower the Voting Age to 16 for the upcoming election on 8th June 2017

Petition Details

We, the undersigned, call on Her Majesty's Government to lower the voting age to 16, following the announcement of a snap general election on 8th June 2017.

Additional Information

We believe the younger generations of the United Kingdom should have the same right to vote at the age of 16 that is offered in three British Crown dependencies. The younger generation have repeatedly shown their responsibility and maturity over the last decade.
