child safeguarding: change the law so child safeguarding is above private family court orders

Additional Information

I want the government to look at the law governing child safeguarding in England in relation to private family court orders. I want safeguarding teams to have power to stop contact legally even when a private contact order is in place and a risk is believed to exist.
