Quantitive Easing Bypass Banks!
STOP pumping the Quantitive Easing monies into the banks where it is absorbed into profits rather than handed out to small busineses to kick start economy! Place the £75b into OUR NORTHERN ROCK BANK and get the Chamber of Commerce Network to distribute "low" or interest free loans to the businesses it's meant for!
Infrastructure there so no additional funding needed?
