English Call Centres for English Based Businesses
Any UK based business that uses call centres in any part of its business should have a minimum of a 80% UK based call centre workforce.
As India has over 400,000 jobs servicing UK businesses and many other Asian countries have similar numbers, these call centres directly affect the UK job market!
